God's Love

Updated: Jun 7, 2019

God loves you so very much!

He knew you before you were born.

He knows the number of hairs upon your head.

He knows your thoughts, dreams, and your heart.

He created you with your own unique special gifts, and a very special and precious purpose.

Below are a few scriptures where God tells us of His love. His love is faithful and constant, and everlasting. Because of this love, He draws us to Him. In turn, we seek Him and ultimately find Him as promised in the scriptures.

God gave us a gift...a gift of love;

His only son Jesus Christ.

Jesus died for us, that we could be with the Father for all eternity.

He is involved with our creation:

Jeremiah 1:5 Before I formed you in the womb I knew you...

Luke 13:7 But even the hairs of your head are all counted.

He has a plan and path for each of us:

Acts 2:28 You have revealed the paths of life to me; You will fill me with gladness in Your presence.

He loves us:

John 15:9 As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love.

John 17:24 Father, I desire that they also whom you gave Me may be with Me where I am, that they may behold My glory which You have given Me; for you loved Me before the foundation of the world.

He calls us to be with Him:

Jeremiah 31:3 ...I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore with loving kindness I have drawn you.

Isaiah 43:1 ...I have called you by your name; You are mine.

Isaiah 41:9 I have called you back from the ends of the earth so you can serve me. For I have chosen you and will not throw you away.

John 15:16 You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.

God asks that we seek Him:

Deuteronomy 4:29 But from there you will seek the Lord your God, and you will find Him if you seek Him with all your heart and with all your soul.

Matthew 6:33 But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

God gave us a precious gift:

Romans 5:8 But God demonstrated His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

It is my prayer that you have been blessed by these scriptures today. That you take God's word and keep it close to your heart. It is TRUE that God loves you, no matter what you have done in that past. Each day is the gift of a new beginning. He wants a close relationship with you, like a father and child.

Let's close in prayer...

"Heavenly Father, we thank you so very much for your constant love and faithfulness to us. We come to you Lord on our knees and at your feet. Forgive us of our sin.

Help us to seek you Lord, and to change our ways to be more like you. Help us to keep our eyes on you Lord, that each day be a blessing in our new walk with you. We feel very blessed to have you in our lives Lord, and we thank you!

We look forward to our next step, and how we may serve you. We pray that you guide us, and reveal to us our path. We pray that you are pleased in all that is done for your glory, and that our path stays straight. We pray we continue to seek you, and listen to your whispers of guidance. We love you and honor you Lord, for you are very precious to US! Amen"

God Bless you!
